Guest Experience Associate

Shift Supervisor

Catering Coordinator
Manage and grow Zupas' catering business by building relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community organizations. You'll coordinate orders, oversee logistics, and ensure each catering event reflects the high standards of the Zupas brand.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in catering, event planning, or sales
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Support the Restaurant Manager in all operational aspects of the Zupas cafe, including staffing, training, budgeting, and guest satisfaction. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their restaurant management career.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of management experience in food service
- Strong financial acumen and operational skills
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred
Salad & Sandwich Specialist
Craft fresh, made-to-order salads and sandwiches with precision and care. As a Zupas Specialist, you'll master our signature recipes, customize orders to guest preferences, and contribute to the fresh-food experience that makes cafe Zupas special.
